1. It is "Beta" not "Bata"
2. It is any map just out of the foundry that might have unforeseen gameplay problems where it will turn into a build most of the time. Like Das Schalos. It just means that the map might change in the middle of the game if it is too unbalanced.

I also means that there may be bugs in the coding of the map, which could cause various problems with the gameplay.

Its basically just a testing phase for the map, to make sure everything works out as planned.
The Beta tag is on there just as a warning that the map isn't completely finalized. If a problem with a map is found, the necessary changes will be made and implimented. These changes would affect all the games on the map, so Beta is a "play at your own risk" kind of thing, I guess.
