We can call it Classic Crisis....
Here are some ideas...
Lets call the North America part of the board "Financial Crisis", and if you hold them all, then instead of getting a bonus of 5 you shrink by 10% each turn...
Here are some territory suggestions to go with this:


I'm thinking Asia could become the "Energy Crisis", and we could increase the bonus to 70 instead of 7... it's irrelevant because even if you could fill the tank, you can never really control Energy...


And "Health Crisis" could take the place of Europe... It never really works to get a bonus out of Health Care either... but we'll keep it at 5 anyway, for the build games.


SA could be "Global Warming Crisis"... to start with we'll keep the bonus at 2, but every turn this could increase by 1, eventually making this the most important bonus on the board to control...

And now it's your turn to suggest Crisis suggestions for the remaining continents...
