Which theory?
KoE_Sirius wrote:A bit of good PR and any fool believes this Multi nonsense is cheating. Its only cheating the owner of CC out of a potential $25. As far as cheating within the game is concerned. Its clearly not,as it perfectly legal to borrow a friends ID and play his turns for him.
What cheating ?

Which legality?
Surely
cheating/illegality is breaking the rules? Any and every game is defined by its own rules. And the rules relevant to this particular game include:
Rule #1 No Multiple Accounts. They are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games.
And for emphasis I think 'multiple' means 'more than one' in this context. Whether I sign up directly for three myself or 'borrow' a couple from friends.
cicero,I'll just answer the bit refering to my comment.
Anyone busted as a multi is pressumed a cheat by the community at large.Mainly,because they are breaking an obscure rule that is set up only to make $25 or do you have another reason why this silly rule exists.
Lets break it down.
Q1;Do you use a multi to increase a chance of a win by co-habiting 2 ID's in the same game?.
A1;I believe this is cheating.
Q2;DO you use a multi ID to play against your other ID in order to increase your rank by gifting games?.
A2;I believe this is cheating,but a rule already exists for this one.IE You must not throw games.
Q3;Did you get fed up of your old name and create a new one?
A3;
I do not believe this to be cheating.Q4;Will JR and Owen bash you for eternity?
A4;Not sure.
