Calls to Quadruples

What is the most efficient and quickiest way to get my games filled ? I have no difficulty having ppl in alone style games but it seems like very hard to find ppl for the games quadruples and triples. That must be because there are no triple or quadruple teams a lot in number around. And those less in number are not willing to play most probably the settings and maps are not the ones they like....
Whatever it is, i have put a call in callouts forum, but realised that even it didnt work well. Being recently involved in team games, i feel it difficult to have opponent teams. So my question is this, is there a specific sub forum or something like that which is specialized to quad and triple game calls and introduces ? Lets say specialized to team games... If exists i will be tremendously glad to hear about the link...

A probable answer from any of you wud be myself to organize such games inside my clan structure...Yea i do it already but that is not what i completely want to do...I also very volunteerly want to go quads with ppl whom i dont know before and who are not in my clan...So i mean i know this answer but it is not solution to my question at all....
