Touble with using paypal to upgrade to premium

Don't have a credit/Visa card and i want to upgrade to premium. I'm in Aus and have a bank account.

Went and had a look around on paypal to try and figure it out. So, as I understand you can pay (without entering any card info in) by:

- Transferring funds from your bank account to your online paypal account.
- Then using the funds in the paypal account to pay for it rather than a credit card.

I figured this to be true as when i go to pay using paypal the 1st thing it says is:
"This transaction amount is greater than your available PayPal balance. To complete purchase, please add a credit or debit card." (I have not transferred anything to my paypal account yet).
So my guess is if I did it would have an option to do it that way there as well as by card, yes?

Is this true or am i an idiot?

So have you gone through the process where they deposit a few cents and you verify that it was done, thus confirming your account? If you have, then you should be able to SEND money choosing your bank account as the funding source....it will take a few days to occur.

If you cannot figure it out, I will happily offer to help you; I have done this with a dozen or so folks over the years. Lackattack will verify my credentials if you are concerned
