a year is way too easy. but I agree with you. theres no goal to play for.I have had all the medals for 6 months now with nothing in the near future to shoot for. Im losing interest to even play anymore. nothing left to accomplish here.

They should make platinum medals like Blitz suggested. If you play enough games Stephan than sure its definitely possible.

600 games SO FAR this month???

I've been at this for about 7 months and I've barely played more than 100... :?

Good luck with getting those gold medals!

That's only about 4 games per day. Not too difficult for someone without a job.

I may have misunderstood the OP (a fairly easy thing to do), but wouldn't 600 games so far in a month half through in fact add up to over 300 games a week? But that is surely impossible, no?

I notice he has in fact played over 700 games since joining, which would still add up to a hefty playing record.

You're right about the job thing though; I have a fairly relaxing and easy job, but I still sometimes find it difficult to get through the maybe 15 games I have to keep an eye on each day. I suppose the question is: how many games can one cohernetly play without performance suffering? One might also therefore question the validity of medals that reward quantity over quality. I suppose you could get a gold in, say, trips even if your team won a mere 10% of the games, if you simply played enough. The gold medal wouldn't, on that basis, signify much more than having played a large number of games at that style.

So set your sights higher, StephenWayne, and go for rank!

If you're talking about goal, how come everybody's goal isn't to get conqueror.
Unless you're King Herpes or sjnap, then there's a reason to play!

a lot of them are 1vs1 games

obviously it that till means he plays a lot but its not as much as it sounds when you say it like that

200-300 rounds a day is WAY too much of a good thing. Slow down Stephen, or you'll completely burned out within 6 months.

Yeah, I just noticed I was off by a factor of 10. So it would be 40 per day (the month is only half over).

I started my own medals hunt about 3 months ago. I only had 5 medals over the summer. I played a lot of the same style against the same people, so I didn't even have the standard gold, (still dont). I'm up to 16 now. The medals hunt has been fun, forced me to play different styles and different people. I decided that 8 player ass doodle would be a quick and cheap way to get the ass medal, but I lost about 1200 or 1300 points in the first few weeks alone and haven't recovered from that yet. I'm not trying though, won't worry about rank till i finish my medals hunt. I made some new freinds too, people who play dubs and what not, even decided to join a clan. All in all the medals hunt turned out to be more fun than i thought. Plus they're easy, winning percentage or who you beat doesn't matter. : ) No, but it has been fun.
