For posterity's sake, I just searched for topics with "Congratz" (note the "z"). None of them came close to making this top 5 list, so the list stays, as is, for now. If anyone knows of a thread in GD that is intended to give congratulations, is longer than 5 pages, and is not on my list, please post a link in this thread.
