I'm not sure if there is a post for this already, but my question is in regard to server malfunction losing my troops. In game 3610908, I just received 34 deployments - 24 for holding my bonuses and 10 for a mixed set. I deployed my troops and proceeded to make a few attacks. At this time the server was taking forever and it kept prompting me to wait for another 10 seconds because the communication timed out. After I finished a couple of attacks, I noticed all of my troop numbers had reversed to what they were before I deployed on them. For example, one country of mine had 20 troops before I began my turn. After I began my turn, I deployed 10 troops there. I never attacked in that area and now it says I have 20 troops again? It looks as if I the 34 troops I received have disappeared and all of my current numbers demonstrate the move I just made based on the number of troops I had before. What happened?
Our game is not fog of war but is a doubles game on a world 2.0 map. I am not sure of what can and cannot be said in the forum so I have left the specifics (territory names, etc.) out but let me know if you need more specifics. I am not sure how a situation like this is handled because there is probably no way to verify how many troops I had before. I plan on being away from my internet connection for Christmas the next couple of days so I won't even be around to check and see if you replied. Thanks for all of your help!
