emails about turns

my inbox in my email is full of "its your turn!!!!" messages .
can anyone tell me how to make these dumb things stop?
i don't think i want to keep playing this game if i have to deal with millions of these everyday.

go to ur control panel and then click board prefrences it will give u the options to turn settings on or off (including that one)
