How was Warsteiner allowed to make another account?

I want to make a different account and start over as well. But I thought I'd get banned, so, as you might expect, I ask first how it can be done.

Apparently, you can do that by creating a second account, having them both busted, and re-buying premium for the new account. Although, maybe, if you asked really nice, they could just reset your score.

None of my questions have ever been addressed with in a thread by a mod or in an E-Ticket.

As for the threads, it's always been policy to not allow voluntary name changes...they are only changed if they are blatantly offensive (please, nobody try to say how your name is offensive just so you can get it changed...)

My threads didnt get addressed by Moderators and my E-Tickets by admin.This is a play on words.When I joined this site I was doggy sirius.A simple £8 fee changed it to KoE.
Several people have changed names. They are allowed as long as they are branded a cheat by the community and pay a $25 fee.
