Unfortunately, I can't provide that proof, having never been busted for multis. Fortunately, I don't need to do so... I believe chaosfactor posted the message that busted players get somewhere on page... 5? Anyway, it states quite clearly that if you are Premium and this is your second offense, your premium is gone and you're banned. lion's polarbeast account was Premium, and it was his second offense. (Actually, more like his fourth or fifth.) So he lost his premium. If he wants to dish out another $25 to play, he can. But he has no reason to complain about being swindled.

I surmise that the only reason lack's giving him a hearing instead of telling him to go pound sand is because there's a possibility that it could be interpreted that lion bought premium on one of his multi accounts, which seems like there's a possibility of being legitimate. My problem is that he didn't buy premium on a busted multi, which may be legit... he made a new multi and went Premium on that. Big no-no, since it involves making a new multi. [-X

Ok, from what I've gathered, the_lion was placed on a forum ban then created multis to get around it. He then came back as polarbeast23 for a time until it came out that he was actually the_lion. He was busted then purchased premium for the account. It was then realized that since he was actually the_lion, he should still be on a forum ban, so that was instated on this account. I'm guessing that it was then (while he still had premium) that he created the new multis and therefore lost his premium.

Now then, I may be right or wrong in that assessment, but Andy has twice said that the matter is a private matter that should be handled via e-tickets between the_lion and the admins. lack has been (or soon will be) made aware of the situation in order to make a final decision based on the sequence of events as well as the conduct of the individual(s) in question.

Because it is a private matter and this thread has mostly degraded into the same people saying the same things as well as some borderline flaming, this thread is locked.
