Game Spy have no limit on name changes with the free subscription or the adfree version which cost less then CC.
Microsoft let you make as many names as you like.So do most commercial sites.
itunes unlimited name changes
Infact its pointless running through everysite,because CC is the only site that won't.
You must live in the cc bubble if you don't know all this.

If you go to a friends house and play game with them using the same IP address, what's to stop you being called a multi? The system is a little fracked up.
