Good question... an apparent oversight on my part... I suppose you could vote either way.
If you've got less than 5 wrinkles (crowsfeet) beside each eye, you should vote 26 - 30; However, if you have more than 5 the law mandates you vote in the 30- 39 line. :D :roll:
