Taking on anyone on various maps and styles is what most players do. Very few people focus on one game type. His score reflects his skill (although it's still too high, because of his 1v1 freestyle games against cooks).

He's asking for it by making a thread for himself. And for a non-achievement. All it takes to play 10 000 games is a lot of time and 9000 new recruits to farm.
