First of all if you avoid playing noobs in standard games your called a snob or a point whore, now your saying that if you do your a point whore, you can't win.

I think point farming is when you play trips or quads against noobs, when you do that even unskilled players can reach a high rank. In standard games I think it's ok because it's still difficult to win. I do want to point out that I don't play noobs in any style of play, most of the games I play are private, but I don't see anything wrong with it. The only way to avoid it would be to ban noobs from joining games, that would not encourage them to join the site.

It is calculated over the entire game history, so yours is quite high because of your majority standard games.

and where is dfaarc?

Personally I cannot see any ultimate positive gain from procuring respect through means that attempt to conceal reality....anyway, enough of my thoughts. When you consider that the likes of poo-maker and Rashid achieve relative ranks of 0.713 and 0.922 respectively (Rashid's is a seriously high RR considering the lofty position he enjoys on the scoreboard) then the figures above are thrown into sharp relief.

All this said, if one feels the need to garner applause and kudos through farming and not through taking on real talent (as Rashid obviously does and wins) then fair enough, that is a matter of choice. What applause is there when, say, the England Rugby squad beat Portugal compared to when they beat the All Blacks?

Points farmers may well try to lighten what they do by being flippant and trying to be clever, but in truth, it does not increase the level of their achievements one jot.

I have not bothered with KLOBBER, as his is a unique case all of its own.

this RR BS has to be wrong somewhere ..... why is it then that our clan that has a point minimum of 1600 points per player just to play against us (that we have gotten non-stop slack for I might add)
and we have never been beaten in a clan challenge .... doesn't that right there alone debunk this stupid RR BS .... in other words ... just because they farm for points doesn't mean they suck at this game lol .... there are people who point farm and still suck ... and then there are people who point farm and know what the hell they are doing ....

who cares? lol

i know!

really, the objectionable bit is labeling them the "best farmers" when they really the most consistently farming farmers, the farmingest farmers as it were.

further, i have reviewed the farmwork of some of these farmers and i can proclaim it to be sub-standard in many ways. it's like pesticide laden farming compared to organic, shade-grown, nubile fan-waving girl comes with every cow type farming.

Actually the farmer of farmers does have to be the mighty KLOBBER. His stats show that without the rampaging he does within Circus Minimus he is actually (roll of drums) the 2nd Alangary!!!

Map Rank Points Win/Loss Playing First Unique Defeats Kill Ratio Relative Rank
Totals Cook -999 Won 117 from 428(27%) Won 31 from 92 425 (6) Serial Killer (59%)483 Equalitarian (0.846)
Take the -999 away and our Klobs ends up with a mighty 1 point!!!!!

I shall report on yours in a few minutes rabbit.
