I had this issue before and it was quite often. I also had issues with actually logging in at times. It turned out my local ISP had blocked something on their end with CC. I didn't find that out until as a last resort I called them when I had no problems logging in and playing on another ISP at work.

May be a long shot for your problem...but never know

Change the timeout on your router from 300ms (standard) to 900ms .

Well, it's not that then, that's for sure... Try doing what Reggie Mac said (standard IP for that is 192.168.1.1 but yours may be different), but I do think it's because of your wireless internet...

but it only effects conquerclub, and no other sites he said.

i would try to reset your cable modem/dsl modem. if its holding an old ip for some reason, or may need to update to the newest dns servers. your cable modem should do it automatically, but its too easy to unplug the power from your cable modem and plug it back in, just to make sure thats not it.

if thats not it, then im gonna say, are you sure that its only conquerclub thats slow?

Try deleting any bookmarks you have saved linking you to the site. Clear your cache, then manually type in www.conquerclub.com. Remember the www because you might currently be using an old link from before one of the server upgrades.
