Ok, I know the title doesn't exactly have a clear meaning but when I explain it...you'll know what I'm talking about...

I'd like to know some things:

-I saw people cre8ing maps of their own and posting a picture of them on the forum where they opened a discussion about their map (what is good, what is bad a.s.o.). What I want to know is:

-where are the maps made by other CC members? I only have the standards (World, N.America, Asia a.s.o.)+World 2.0...
-why can't I play them? (is it bcs I don't have the premium account...?)
-if the premium account is the reason, how much more maps do I get with it?
-if that's not the reason, plz tell me what is

If you go on the left "game menu" and select "start your own game" all the avail maps are there, prem or no prem......

Yeah...I know that but what I want to know is:

-->Where are the maps other CC members cre8ed? I saw some good ideas but was never able to play the map someone cre8ed. Is it possible it all finished on nothing more than ideas and drawings? I don't think so bcs many people were cre8ing maps of their own, and some of them were quite good.

the maps that you saw getting made are under construction, through editing and critiqueing they may eventually become playable maps, but no one can play them on the site til then

Who you think created those maps you played? Except for Classic, USA and Asia, all maps were created by CC members.

For example, look at right low corner of Brazil and Philippines maps >> you will discover I created them

I understand it now, but I don't understand why does it take so long for someone to make a map...many people are making a map, but they come playable in a very slow rate..

it takes so long because most of the map makers dont have hours of freetime to make the map. and incase you have never tried to make anything that looked anywhere near decent on your CPU, you should realize that it is hard to do and it takes a long time.
also, people post the maps so others can comment on them. then the mapmaker goes and fixes what people see as problems. then they post the new map, and people say whats wrong with that.
it goes on like that until everyones satisfied with the map, then it takes a few days for it to become playable (because lack doesnt always have time to add a new map to the site)

the map making process partially takes so long, because then in the end its that much better.

If you want to help speed up the finalizing of a map, go post what you would do to improve the map that is being made. Dont do an "i like your map it is so good"
if you post, make sure to tell what can make it better.
and you can say you dont like the map, but you should really consider telling the maker why you dont like it so they can improve it.

The world wont come to an end if you don't comment on anything for one day. Plz comment only on things you know, bcs comments like yours are called--spam. That goes to Pedronicus too... Comment only about the theme on the topic.
