You mean in 20 games - he would be a lieutenant until he's played 39 games... he's only played 19 and gained 800 odd points - another 20 and I would suspect another 700 (point gains slow the higher you go) so 2500 then the next 40 before Major he will be a captain and might well be over the 3000 mark...

So I doubt a Lieutenant with over 3000 - but Captain is well within reach!!
