I honestly haven't seen much of an impact....but he's only been doing this for a little bit....it will take weeks if anything before we see any notice of him doing his job....or perhaps we'll only notice when he STOPS if things get worse....

i agree, SO FAR, i have not yet seen too much of an impact, i see positive impact in the community, but not that much yet. though he has only been in for a few days . I do however think this post is waaaaayyyy to early to be judged fairly. There has been almost nothing new to do for twill to act on yet.

I like twil, but i have yet to see improvement because it's just too sudden.

On the lack (really, no pun intended) of changes, that is because a) this community is as good a community as one could ask for for its size and b) neither Lack nor I intend on forming and SOE-style gestapo team. We're both pretty laid back and I'm just here to head off any over the top abuses of the forum.

Anyhoo, I'll put out an official mod team guideline document a little later this week once I finish it and run it by the power that be.
