I'm not sure how you go about this, but I must say the current system is quite flawed. It would be wise for you to post an alert or a devise a scheduled maintaince window where you make your upgrades changes etc. Inevitably I'm in the middle of a turn when you shut the site down, with the 1 hour time limit I'm not able to make my move in time and I get skipped and this time even lose out on my armies and the opportunity to eliminate a player with 4 cards and 1 army on the board. Now I get skipped, he gets his cards, and ruins the position I had in the game.
I'm positive I'm not the only one being affected by these outages, but something needs to be done. I understand the need, but the means are poor to say the least.
