I like Neutral armies (I dont mean waiting 36 hours for some dickwad to deadbeat) - I like the idea that you could choose, to have a player selected as a neutral in the options if you were playing a three (active) player game - with the 4th player being the neutral.

Me and my mates play a neutral army when theres only three of us playing in the real world, so to spread out the board a bit and we place a neutral on the board each time we give up a set of cards to keep the neutrals in the game.

Is this idea a load of old twaddle?

But wouldn't that be the same as spectating a game?

Ne, i think what he's saying is that for every set of cards turned in the neutral player gets additionally armies as well.

I think it could make the game more interesting, but I don't know how well it would work...

There is absolutely nothing wrong with more game options. Probably not the most pressing addition to the site, but it would certainly make for a more interesting game.

Oh! Ok...

Yeah, that would be cool. Just because they're neutral doesn't mean they have to surrender quietly, they just can't attack.

good idea :D

sometimes i want to play with just one of my friends, and that would work if there were some neutral countries thrown in there with it, so we wouldn't have to have a 3rd player in it (neither of us are very good) :(
