scoring strategy?

How is the scoring done? Case in point, my current score is 949, I have been eliminated from two games and look set to win another. Should I wait to win the other until after the ones I have lost are completed? or is my score when eliminated recorded for that game. The diference I calculated could be as much as a 9 point swing. I guess it makes sense that the scores are computed when the game is finished. because my current game wouldn't know my score from the eliminated game. hmm, will just wait 23 hours before finishing the other game and see what happens.

Yah you can do that, most often people don't since "holding" out that long can irk your opponent a lot, but as far as points go, it can be a significant little boost.
