The guy has 7 completed games... the game you are in is his first team game. Perhaps rather than trying to get the entire community to ignore him, you could talk to the guy to make sure he understands how team games work...

have already tried doesnt reply and hasnt made a comment yet

im sure he knows if its doubles or not especially when ive forted all my troops to him and left a game plan prior to him trying to wipe me out
