Text File of Roberts Mods script!?!?!?

I was wondering if there was a way someone could email me a notepad file of the script - Conquer Club - Roberts Mods -? . I am unable to download it due to "ADMINISTRATOR RESTRICTIONS". If I can get a copy in notepad I can save it to my U3 and bring it to my laptop and save it there. then install it.
Anyone with the file that can help please please do!!!

I have uploaded a couple of other versions to my server.

or

for future reference when I update the script I will continue to maintain that format.
e.g. ADD .txt or .zip to the end of the url I publish for the zipped or plain text versions.

hey, have any of you guys noticed some stars behind the listings of the territories you hold in the roberts mod? does anyone know what the stars mean?
