QFT

I find that it gets better as time goes by, and after you suddenly find yourself in 100 games and are frantically trying to take 70 turns a day.

If you want to control your addiction, you could always join Grand Strategy, even for Premium Members, the limit is 35 games

Its one of those things where you cant control it until you've been in a ton of games at once and realize its not all you thought it was. After that first time, it'l be easier to control. Although i've realized i have a bunch of time on my hands coming up, so im gonna make several several games :)

thats how it is for me, when your rank drops to private because of missing turns and you get 2 neg feedback because you have a life and can't be JOHNNYROCKET24 you tend to get your addiction in check.

play a ton of mafia games, it's a good way to get your games back to 4.

(I want to be playing 29 games or so, but I don't make many. ;) )
