I was playing in a six player game and me and another person were left just the 2 and then we both missed three turms,How come I got kicked out first

Not quite. Its freestyle, and therefore they should have deadbeated at the exact same moment.

AK, myself and eddymush realized this problem a while ago and set up some test games.

Whoever joins the game first is therefore listed as missing their turn first. And the game mistakenly says that they deadbeat first but it really happens at the exact same instant. We reported the bug to lack and he said he'd fix it....apparently hasn't gotten around to it yet though.
