thread locking

just wondering why this thread was locked w/ no reason given, even after it was moved to flame wars:

not necessarily wanting to keep that whole thing going, just wanting a reason it was locked

lack wanted it in the cheating forum b/c it was a unique case. it was originally locked b/c ABS and others were flaming in there. then when lack cleared them, he unlocked it, and the flaming continued. Because of the history of flaming, I moved it to the flame wars, where it should have been for the content. unfortunately half of the content belongs in the cheating and half in the flame wars b/c some people can't distinguish between the two, so locked it will remain. Feel free to create another thread.

you can flame all you want, just dont flame anyone for cheating

because cheating is in cheating threads and flaming is in here....so in that thread, you can talk about the intricacies of the case and weather it is cheating or not

in here, you can call them what you want and tell them how you feel about how they play?

this way it will be less confusing for everyone.........................kind of

thanks for the explanation....tho it sounds quite silly....
