Lately I've been leaving negative feedback everytime I see someone play extremely bad, or if they suicide on me or whatever, and I noticed i've been getting more negative feedback, is leaving negative feedback like this possibly considered fishing for feedback?

Its just retaliation feedback. People are more inclined to give out negatives if they recieve them.

Damn, because I really think that players that suck at risk deserve to be told. And people deserve to know that they suck

None of mine are for sucking, two of mine is for missing a turn when I had 60 games going at a time. It's hard to manage a life and have 50+ games going. One of mine is for my friend having to bail in a team r/t game and me finishing for him. And one is because I gave the person a negative feedback for suiciding on me and giving the other person the game in the next round.

Pick any random player with a substantive amount of positive feedbacks and I guarantee that at least 50% of them are reciprocated.
Pick any random player with a substantive amount of positive feedbacks and I guarantee that at least 90% of them are bullshit.
I don't much check other players feedback. I've read a few of them and after discovering how outrageously egregious some people are with a contemptible need to be liked, I decided that I wouldn't bother giving feedback. Plus the fact that I have yet to be dazzled by magnificent skill or ingenious stratagems from any other player, my given positive feedback sits at zero, and I suspect that will be the case for a long time.
Negative feedback from me, however, is long overdue. Some people just shouldn't, or don't deserve to, play this game. Granted, some of those people probably don't deserve to breathe, but as I can not affect one, or cause the other, I will have to settle for awarding negative feedback when I deem appropriate. Which will be often, so expect to see my own negative feedback shoot right up!
Here's a recent case for example. I offered a player an alliance, and he accepted "for a few turns". The turn that he accepted, he attacked me. Two turns later he attacked me breaking my continent. It was a Terminator game, his intent was to reduce my armies for my turn so that I couldn't eliminate a player. No mention of annulling the alliance at a specific time(which is the protocol), or even an apology for his treachery. Dishonourable wankstains like this deserve my boot pressed on their nuts, I will settle for what should be recieved when CC etiquette is not followed, but is rarely given because of fear of reprisal.
Decent players should be warned when players suck. Perhaps I will fight this "Neg Feedback for Fuckwits" war alone, but I will fight it.
