Has CC messed up your exam grades?

Today in the UK, GCSE results came out (for 16 yr olds). I was just wondering how people fared. Did CC get in the way of your studies, or did you somehow manage to balance things?
Here's hoping it was the latter.

3 words, ITS THE FORMER

i got 90%+ on all my exams before CC, now im lucky if i pull off an 86% for an A on my tests.

im so dam hooked, i come here every chance i get whenever im on the comp at school or at home.

im even sleeping less. bed time before CC 11 pm or 12am, now i go to bed at 1 am or 2 am. :(

i blame it on the premium as well. what do u expect from a teen like me when u give them unlimited games to play?

Nah I got 10 A*s (and I'm not joking).

CC probably improved my revision. It was a welcome interruption from the daily drudgery.

Anyway, I just wish my exam grades would transfer into my CCing...

I don't live in the uk, but I think CC changed my grades in the positive way; a relaxing moment between studies

anyway, I'm promoted to my 5th year (out of 6).But I think It's becouse I don't have premium, otherwise I'd be sticking around the pc all day. 8)

Even though I don't live in the UK, CC has not affected my grades, they are as horrible as before. The last semester I had 5 subjects and an average of 71...which was significantly raised by my music course which had me in the upper 90s. Anyone good at math want to figure out my average without music?

if you had a score in the upper 90's (a 97 ish grade) in music, without that score your average would have been about 64 or 65.

well...im not quite sure how CC's gonna affect my grades. I'm taking 2 non-honors classes this year, but at the same time i'm taking an AP course. So it really could go either way.

I don't think CC affected my grades, it saved me from dying of boredom whilst revising :P

No effect on grades....but it has replaced many things I used to do in my free time (the stupid replaceable stuff so that's alright)

I just think to myself how much work I would be able to get done if I never logged on to CC.

If I didn't play CC it'd probably have no affect to my grades, since it didn't with me, this past year. ;) But I'd probably of left the internet and been doing less on it. ;)

Yeah, but when i went for my interview they said that i wasn't going to get 5 A-C results so they dident want to give me my place, i sat there and argued with them that i was going to work for the 5 that i needed, lol. They eventually reserved 2 courses for me :P one corse i needed just 1 D to get in, and the other 5 C's or above, which i got 8)

If you're intrested im doing Programming in ICT for 2 years :) so i should have a alot of fun woowoo :D

Like RobinJ, didn't affect me at all, got 8 A*s and 3 As, so not as good as him, but hey, he's probably a genius and deserved it. I didn't do enough revision to warrant it, I got lucky... :D
