Great Lakes Map Question

Hi all - I am playing the Great Lakes map for the first time. I think it's very cool, but am realizing I have some questions about the borders:
1. It says Lakes can attack adjacent lakes. Does that mean each lake can attack the closest lake to it, or only the ones that appear to be touching? SO is it Superior <-> Huron, Michigan <-> Huron, Huron <-> Erie, Erie <-> Ontario? Or is Superior suposed to be able to attack Michigan?
2. Can any adjacent land attack a lake, or only ones with the little arrows? (Can Erie attack Lake Erie)?

ok, I just went and looked . . .
Lake Erie can attack: Cleveland, Detroit, Buffalo, Lake Ontario, and Lake Huron. You can see this with the little arrows on the map.
Lake Superior can only attack: Lake Huron and Thunder Bay.
Lake Michigan: Lake Huron, Green Bay and Chicago
Lake Huron: Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, Lake Erie, and North Bay
Lake Ontario: Buffalo and Lake Erie

if you get
BOB then you'll be able to put your cursor over the map and find out what attacks where. Also has many other useful features.

Thanks guys. And I'd like to get BOB, but I think I need a Mac with Safari for that to work. Doesn't work on PC with IE does it?

I have it on both a Mac and PC.

Not on IE to my knowledge. Even if you only use firefox for conquer club to use BOB it is quite worth it.

Dump IE and
get firefox. You'll never look back.
If you
insist on using the backwards and broken contraption that is IE, you
might be able to use
trixie to run the script.
