Game 776979 - Possible Alliance

Can someone look at game 776979 - and tell me if you think there is an alliance going on - or am I just paranoid.
My thoughts are in the chat - but if you need me to reiterate why I think it is an alliance between Hordes in Unbound - I will. Just ask

If you want help I'd suggest you spell out your thoughts in this thread - people dont want to read through 100 lines of game chat to understand.

Unbound - Green - Holds EU
Hordes - Blue Holds SA and all but Greenland in NA
Last round - Green Wastes into Oz - and fortifies 14 men to Ukraine
Blue has 12 men in Brazil - 6 in Cenral America - but only 2 in Venezuala - From Africa, I take Brazil.
Now during Blues turn- it appears the obvious choice is - Take Greenland from Green - which only has 3 men in it - then there is 1 man in Iceland - because Green has all his men in Ukraine and on the Borders of Africa. But instead Fortifies all his men to Venezuala - 9 total.
I call him on it - they defend it as a coincidence - the right play in my mind for blue should have been to attack Greenland - Get NA - write SA off as a loss temporarily. 5 Income, espeically when EU is being held - and not defended at Iceland - is pretty good. But instead - He just fortifies 9 to Venezuala
