I got tournament privileges for my tournament (Iron Man Series Third Edition) and asked, after the first round, if it would be possible to get tournament privileges for an in-clan tournament for the Imperial Dragoons.

Not only have I not received a response, or the privileges themselves, it's still marked as "unread" in the box.

Therefore, AK_Iceman hasn't read it yet
Just wondering why, and if I am the only one in this boat.
He obviously isn't on vacation, because he has been posting in the forums.

The forums aren't really good for this discussion. Remember you can always try Hugh.G.Rection and Steelhorse also, as they are Tournament Directors too.

Actaully it's better this way. When AK does his job, it just goes worse.

Sorry, I've been busy with RL work lately and and have been putting off CC work until I'm less busy.

We had quite a big discussion about clan tourneys after the last tourney update, and the decision was made that clan tourneys won't be supported with tourney privs until we install phpBB Rivals on the site. You can do a forum search for the topic(s) if you're interested.

that makes sense for tournys between clans but surely internal clan tournys should not be losing out because of this.

You should try getting as many PMs as I'm sure AK receives each day. It's just like junk mail, you let it pile up when you're busy because it can be a pain in the ass to sort through.

Trust me, I get tons of PM's about things I have no control over, or topics that should be handled in cheating and abuse, not by inbox. As soon as people see that bolded green name on the "users online" list they get PM happy.
