can u turn your cards in after you have already started attacking. Also what if you have 4 cards and you kill someone who has two can you turn in cards and continue attacking

I think the answers are "not normally" and "yes this is the only exception to the last question".

how do u trade in a set of three before u have five cards when they make u?

When you have three cards that can be traded in at the begining of your turn you have to either turn them in or click the button to wait until later.

However, if in the course of your turn, you hold 5 or more cards, you will need to cash immedietely. Hope this helps, you have been waiting for this answer for awhile. Anyway, check the rules too, in case you have other questions.
