so my friend got banned because his little brother decided to make multiple accounts. he says that there is a message or something saying that if he would like to play again he has to buy a premium account. however he wants to know that: if he buys the premium account, will CC let him actually have a premium account, or will CC only give him back the four game limit?

the funny thing is, as unbelievable as it sounds, it was his little brother who got him banned for having multiple accounts, i know people like to use that as an excuse. but it actually happened. a case of the dog actually eating the homework.
