I seem to be very very lucky. If I have 3 cards it is almost guarantied I have a set. Which means in a crunch at the end I can usually take the game

Which Player do you play that also seem to always have a set at the worst possible time.

I'm 50/50.. which with it being a 1 in 3 chance I think is pretty good.

Ive got a noob question... But hey I am new to here...

With the Bonus Cards how can you tell when you are going to get 4 armies or 20 armies? I havent quite figured this one out yet.

Bonus Cards

Escalating sets are worth 4,6,8,10,12,15,20... (i.e. the first set of cards turned in by any player is worth 4 armies, the second set is worth 6, etc.)

Flat Rate sets are worth 4 for red, 6 for green, 8 for blue and 10 for mixed.

For awhile there in the spring and early summer, if Kid A had 3 cards, you could pretty much take it to the bank that he had a set.

Not me. In a flat rate game i need 5 usually and then it's only 3 red or something.

i have been getting a lot of sets recently and usually aroudn 70% of the time, if i have 3 its most likely a set, and i have been getting mixed a lot too.

i estimate that in 10 sets that i get, 5 will be mixed, 2 red, 2 green, and 1 blue.

though my dice are worse than ever, so whatever troops i get, i lose :(

Not only does RL_Orange get 3 card sets quite frequently (always when the cash is atleast 50) , i don't think he's ever had 2 pair in his 1800 games...............
