Large maps and deadbeating

Postby gavin_sidhu on Thu Jul 06, 2006 8:56 am

Is there any way to get the large map to be the default map in a game?

If you kill someone on the third turn, and that person has had there first turn but missed there second, currently you do not get points. Why is this? I thought you had to miss three turns to deadbeat. It is quite fustrating especially when you look at the persons record and see that this was one occasional miss, not a compulsive dead beat.

It's under "My Settings".

A deadbeat is someone who didn't take a turn after the first round. So if they missed their second turn and you knocked them out before their third turn they would be a deadbeat.

kool.

I liked it when they had the setting that deadbeats were people who missed three turns.

if you miss 3 turns in a row anytime in the game, your a deadbeat.

you only lose points if you deadbeat after playing the first 2 rounds
if you don't play in the first 2 rounds (or just play in the first) then you don't lose points for deadbeating
