coverup scandle in CC?

The following is a message I have left with the admins via the help section , just for everyones reading enjoyment. I find the situation very interesting.

I have just received notice that one of my feedbacks was deleted because it was "Responding to a feedback left for another player" Here is the situation: thefirm and gazza trot made a truce, anounced it in the game and it gave them the advantage. It was appropriate and part of the game. Risko lost the most out of the deal and went balistic. He accused them of cheating, went into all of thefirm's active games and told them they he was a cheater, giving our game number as the proof, attempting to ruin his name for having a truce. Risko was eliminated first and had the first opportunity to place feedback, therefore thefirm's feedback reguarding this was deleted as retaliatory.
What is the approriate way to warn people about players like Risko, I thought it was thru feedback, so I left him a negative feedback, but evidently that is not the appropriate way to warn others because you deleted my feedback left for him.
Here is the most disturbing part of the situation: I went back to look at the game log(1056251) to remind myself exactly what was said, and presto all of Risko's communication is gone. How is that possible, what is the point of that? Other people should be warned of his conduct, and someone is working hard to cover it up, I don't get it.

Ishmael, You can edit your feedback for this player so that it strictly speaks to gameplay, and not his feedback for you (which is retaliatory). When you are done with the edit, send another note to etix so we can review it for suitability for re-posting.

I see, I did not realize past communication in past games dissapeared with the ignore list, good to know.

here is the feedback that was deleted:
"Accused a player in our game of cheating because two people used a truce, then went into all his active games, calling him a cheater, then left Neg feedback, avoid this guy."

is it considered retaliatory because just because I mentioned the Neg. feedback? If that was left out, would it pass? I think others should be warned about people who do what Risko does (accuse others of cheating over a truce and try to ruin a guys name due to a truce).

It sounds fine to me. Personally I would have let the original pass. People should be warned when some idiot is going to go into all their go ballistic in game chat, and all the chat of all their active games, and then leave a neg for it. Although I do see how it could be considered retaliatory I still think it is a valid warning.

I was so hoping this was going to be about the coverup of the Lack-Wicked-Twill Love Triangle

but as far as the feedback goes, just modify it as Wicked suggests, if you think its warranted. Refer to his game play and chat in that game, if you feel its unsportsmanlike.

Typically any mention of feedback left deems it retaliatory.

Remove him from your ignore list to see his participation in the chat
and them re-ignore him when you are finished.

Awww, I was hoping this was going to be a REAL coverup.

To the Original Poster: what wicked said

To everyone else, while I love a good love triangle as much as the next, keep it on topic if ya would, or start up your own love triangle debate thread in the clubhouse to see who gets the biggest slice ;)
