yes those are continents as well =p
they get bonusses for it.

i wouldnt consider those a continent unless you had all of them, until then, its a bonus

Have you never played Pearl Harbor?

And really, 2 kings? Not exactly a continent. They only managed to cash in on one of those 3 "continents", and it was worth one. Really?
