Midkemia Map

Why can't I start a game using the Midkemia Map?
I can see this map if I click on game finder, but not when I click on Start A Game.

due to copyright issues it had to be pulled but has been modified so the copyright shouldnt be a problem and is at lack's mercy of when to put back up
