Fastest Win

Postby Kenny_Smooth on Mon Jul 24, 2006 10:58 pm

hey i was just curious what the fastest time (round-wise) was that anybody has won a doubles game in. Rocksolid and I (Kenny_Smooth) beat Joe McCarthy and boxcutta (the mighty staches) in just five rounds (don't believe me check game 46000). So i thought that was pretty fast but i was just curious as to how fast the rest of you have won.

I have won several games in round 3 (and no, not because of deadbeats).
Still trying to do it in 2 tho. :D

lol...if you don't absolutely HAVE to have Rocky poo as your partner (which I've got no problem with us playing y'all)...you could take part in our daily realtime doubles callout

i would like to have rocky poo. i dont have to but i have only played 2 doubles games and they were like night and day. the first one was horrible, the guy just did what he wanted and acted like it was a singles game (wont give his name). But then i played with rocky poo and he PM'ed me with his strategy plans and asked for thoughts from me, and it was so much better.

we usually start at 1am eastern. the settings are classic map, no cards, 4 player doubles, unlimited forts.
and yes they are real time.

i have never played without cards. i think that they are a great part of the game. they add some suprise. I have been in a situation where i only had 3 territories left, played my cards got 20 more reinforcements and won a bunch, then went on to win the game. but if you relly dont like them then that is fine.

Only twice I played doubles with 2 teams. I usually play with 3 teams. Victories in rounds 6 or 7 are normal. 4 or 5 is fast, I believe its my best... but, again, killing 4 opponents.
