If that is a new rule, they could ask players what they are thinking about it, make some questionnaire.

But what they really should done is to apply that new rule only in new started games, it just isn't fair in games which are already in progress.

some are getting 2, some only 1 and i saw some other get 0, zero armies for deployment???????? :roll:

If I lose on any of my 100 games I got currently now cause of this, well, I will yell :lol:
