Virus Warning

OUStormy Petrel threatened yesterday to give this site a virus because he is a sore loser. It just so happens the site was having a lot of problems yesterday. OUStormy is a nuisance to this whole site because he is a distasteful and vulgar person all around. He should be ban for life just for threatening a virus and for his attitude. Who do I contact about this. His threat was in Callouts yesterday.
