In this game I have attacked Africa 3 rounds in a row to break greens bonus....

I feel he is the greater threat to my bonus so I break his...

The reason I ask is because he then pm's me threatening to Suicide on me if attack Africa again!

I did inform our opponent of the PM so that there would be no accusations of Secret alliances...

Anyway - I am interested in what other players think of my strategy so far more than I am worried about greens possible feedback?

First of all, I would say something about it in the game chat, anc see if green denies it at all. If he doesn't, then he really can't leave feedback about it without you being able to report it. If he says that he said that, then once again you can report any feedback brought to him. And now if you don't attack him with the only 1 on his bonus, you will be accused of a secret alliance anyway. Just my input.

As kooler said, everything to game chat PMs suck and then you have no proof later.
It is escalating then taking away bonuses shouldn't be first priority though I don't see anything wrong with you taking away his bonus, especially if he keeps it so un-defended (or no-defended ).
Overall, his negatives seem to show what kind of player he is so ignore his messages and play your game and don't let him influence your actions
