I would just like too add my 2 cents worth and you will never see me in here again. As far as taking care of problems go, this group running this site are as usless as can be. Unless you are a preminum member or friend or Clan member.

are you going to at least explain what happened? and the one time i needed a problem resolved, i was not premium and i didn't know any of the mods or lackattack and i had no idea what a KLAN was, but i got it resolved very quickly... so, i'm wondering what your issue is.-0

They don't even help premium members all that much.

I had someone leave me negative feedback where about 50% of it was just completely fabricated crap about the game we just played. The rest I thought was valid neg feedback, however, the 50% fabricated stuff made the entire feedback just look really bad (suggestions of secret alliances, etc). I asked the mods to remove those parts or ask the user to edit it. This is something they asked me do for a feedback I left Krusher. When I didn't reply in time, they just removed it.
They went back and forth with me for several very long emails, trying to tell me that it was his perception, blah blah blah. I'm like, what reality is he living in that he is just inventing lies. It isn't like he was stating opinions, he was just completely making up stuff.

They are real protective of their buddies.

LOL, I had a similar situation with a feedback I left for Krusher. I thinkk he just calls everything "retaliatory" and requests it be removed regardless of content.

We actually try to be very very even handed, if you find any favouratism PM me straight away because that's not on.

I was fairly new to the board, got into an escalating speed game with Krusher and some of his boys. Played some great strategy, was well on my way to a victory and 100+ points then krusher pulled some suicide antics on me so that I wouldn't get the win and his buddies would, thus he'd loose less points. It wasn't technically illegal, but I was new and didn't realize it, and anyway, I thought it was a crappy thing to do because it definitely had an preconceived "alliance-ish" feel to it. I called them some names, they talked the trash back, we left each other negatives.

Krusher got the mod to remove my negative because of Foul Language. Why couldn't the mod ask me to edit it? In that same game, I left feedback for his buddy he protected, and the mod removed it because it wasn't factual. What the hell is that? Not factual?

Fast forward a few months, I went back and forth for 3-4 long emails with achilles about how I felt a feedback I received wasn't factual. And he just played it off like it had nothing to do with fact and everything to do with a users perception. Apparently, a user can claim you asked for a secret alliance, even though you never did such a thing, but the mod will let it stand because it appeared like you were asking for a secret alliance, and it's the user experience, or perception that counts. Jesus, I'd expect this much rule bending and double talk out of the current US administration, but not from a mod on a website in the corner of the intarnets.

State, we do ask you to change it and then it can be re-instated.

the mods love me so much that they striped my premium membership away and gave my score of 3850 a complete reset, if that is playing favoritism then I hope they never get mad at me lol

The consquences of getting busted for cheating are a bitch eh krusher?

I've found the people who maintain this site to be very helpful, often bending over backwards to be fair and very responsive to every problem I've encountered, both before and after becoming a member.

If explained your problems to "the group running this site" as clearly as your post here sjs, it's hard to imagine you having any difficulties resolving problems quickly. How do you know what kind of special treatment preminums, clan members and friends get here?

look, buddy, CC was raised from the ground. no companies. no nothing. unless someone proves me wrong, that's what i find so amazing.

Lets also not forget that this site has 21K+ active players, admin/mods playing even steven 24/7 aint easy

twill, that was the first thing i asked, and it has not been answered.. i'm still waiting. as i stated, i find you guys very fair and even, despite my recent discontent with an odd decision. you are all very attentive and the one REAL PROBLEM i had, before i knew who any of the mods or lack even were, was resolved amazingly fast. i was even shocked to get a PM from a mod about it. i want to know what the big issue is!!-0
