Deadbeat in an assassin game [Answered]

The rules are that if a person's target deadbeats, they get their target. But what if the deadbeat's target was himself?

ok ok, let me put this in a simpler way.
Person A's target is Person B
Person B's target is Person A
Person B deadbeats, what does Person A do?
