Team Games

First...is there a good FAQ somewhere around here that covers just about everything there is to cover regarding CC?

My question is about Team games. I tried a few searches and couldn't find what I was looking for.

If you're in a team game and have all but one territory...and your teammate has the other territory...is there a way to pass that territory to your teammate? The only way I can think of is to attack...and I would rather not attack a teammate. Or....when we hold a territory...does a bonus get split up amongst us?

A good way to do so: Clear all of your armies out of the territory you don't want, except for the requisite one army. Fortify your ally a bunch of armies as needed. Then they can attack it and take it easily.

What would your first guess be?

I looked under Rules, Instructions (Overview, How to Play and Game Options), General Discussion Q&A

It might make it easier for new people if a link to FAQ was placed under Rules and Instructions. "Help" makes me think I am going there to look for help on something that isn't working. "Instructions" makes me think of a place that will tell me how to play.

(And even when I clicked that link...it took me a couple more clicks to realize that is where Help would have taken me.)

Just the perspective of someone new to the site.

you can't just give them a territory, like you can armies, but you can make it easy for them to take it.
