Conquer Club

I recently learned something in a terminator game that I have not been able to find written anywhere. A player was kicked out for missing too many turns, another player then took that players last territory over and received the cards/points for eliminating the player who was already kicked out.
I was wondering how it is that you can learn these kinds of things? Is there someplace where more detailed descriptions of nuances like these are maintained?
