I mean I got fed up with fantasy sports, either they were basically lazy getting stats up or they just didn't have the right interface to make the game enjoyable. I tried a fantasy congress thing but that's as exciting as watching grass grow in real time. Then there was this predict the presidental primaries but they don't post anything until the reaults are 100& certain so that's slower than congress and it's going to be over soon anyway. So CC is the place for me.

Posted: Sun Apr 13, 2008 11:59 pmI'm not ready to admit addiction. Let's just say that there have been severe drop offs in my real life activities, such as school and talking instead of typing.
What the thread should really be about is anger. That is, I'm angry everytime (like every 10 minutes) that I check but it's not my turn. Even if I'm in like 20 games, I'm up later than and before anybody else. Boo.

8hrs WOW but i am not a member and yet i still spend 2hrs online

Posted: Mon Apr 14, 2008 6:09 amOh yes, tried to quit twice now. Hopefully when I wrap up the games I am in, I will be burned out -- or have proved to myself whatever I'm trying to prove -- and will finally be able to get back to the real world.
I liked Risk when I was in high school, but was not able to play many games. Now, with this cool interface, varied maps & great competition, I kinda went crazzzy here. But... yikes... this is addiction & I need to quit, coz I have trouble playing just a few hours at a time.
