Conquer Club

Before the new update I was able to see a list of all the different usergroups, click on any one, see a short description of the clan, see all the members of that clan, and I could check whether or not a clan was recruiting. Is there still a way to do that?

Click on your "Control Panel" and then the "Usergroups" tab.

All the short descriptions and stuff should be there on the list of usergroups.
