Conquer Club

Joined a 3 player World 2.1 game - Flat Rate - Unlimited - Sequential. I am given 12 armies to place at the start. Sitting pretty good to take Europe (all of it!); but since I never played this map with only 3 players to start - any tips or suggestions would be great.

On that map, with only 3 people, you've got to grab land. If you're poised for Europe then go for it. It isn't my first choice but the most important thing in a 3 person game is not to get into a fight with one of the other players over something from the outset. You'll just hand the game over to the 3rd. So, take the bonus that will ruffle the fewest feathers. Hopefully none of your opponents is foolish enough to come mess with you from the outset and just takes care of his business.

Of course, like always, don't take it if you cant put up some decent defense. Your opponents are going to get nice deployments from the outset as well. Enough that they can go to work on their own spot and still have enough to pop Moskva if you've only got 3-4 holding it down.

From what I can see in the game, europe is the best bet. Go for it. Keep in mind, also that taking turkey could open up 6 troops to forting in, though it also allows your opponents easy terits right there.

If you need them, it is a good terit to take. Concentrating on europe is your best bet for now, though.

Thanks for the info. Went ahead and concentrated efforts in Europe and they left it alone too!
